Troy received his real estate licensed after graduating from Riverview High School in 1986. Since that time, he has been affiliated with Merrill Lynch Realty, Mount Vernon Realty, and RE/MAX Alliance Group (for approximately 15 years). Troy left RE/MAX Alliance Group to help support the launch of Keller Williams on the Water, as the mega agent. He left Keller Williams disappointed and rejoined RE/MAX, before co-founding Preferred Shore of Allison James Estates & Homes. In 2018, Troy sold his interest in Preferred Shore to his business partner and was awarded the opportunity to own the Sarasota franchise for Realty One Group. During his career, Troy has had multiple years of selling in excess of 100 properties a year (with his team) and was ranked as one of the top agents in the Sarasota Association of Realtors, several times during his career.
Tanya has been in the real estate business for over 23 years, primarily working in all aspects of management of bank-owned and distressed, real estate sales. Prior to working for Realty ONE Group Skyline, Tanya worked for one of the top REO Agents in the World, co-managing over 300+ assets a year in the Sarasota marketplace.
Shannon brings a wealth of experience to our company, with over 19 years as a real estate office manager, having worked for Century 21, RE/MAX, and Keller Williams before joining Realty One Group to co-manage the Tampa (Lutz) and Sarasota offices.
Creating, building, and fostering strong relationships form the foundation of everything important that we do, from our family, friends, and community to running a successful business. We intend to organize a number of mastermind groups within our office, both onsite and via a webcam, to continually strengthen the growth of our agents, including mastermind groups specifically for Team Builder Agents, lead generating, and sales management.
Learning from an experienced mentor, with ongoing accountability and feedback, is one of the quickest ways to success. As such, we encourage all new agents without prior lead generating, sales experience to join a real estate team within Realty ONE Group Skyline or join us in our 70/30 Mentoring Program. Realty ONE Group Skyline will offer ongoing support to all our agents through our national video training resources and mastermind groups.
