Strategically situated in the heart of the most affluent zip code in Sarasota, our office location is a couple blocks away from Sarasota Bay, Burns Court and Burns Court Cinema, as well as Main Street. With this, there is an abundance of fine restaurants and shopping in our immediate area, with consistent audience attention to our location.
Our office will be be staffed during office hours to accommodate public needs. Within our building we have a reception area, kitchen space, private conference room, restrooms and an open agent work area. Occasional usage of this space is free for our agents with the option to upgrade (for a monthly fee) to a full-time desk in our Gallery or have a private office at the Bold or HUB location.
Located in the "Art District" of Sarasota, our locality offers monthly "Gallery Open Houses" to attract opulent buyers. As such, the focus of our office is to be a "Real Estate Gallery" presenting ariel images of Sarasota as well as featuring our office listings in our window showcase. We intend to have our Gallery Office open during special promotional events, including the annual Chalk Festival.
Within the office, we will have a private conference room, as well as providing the potential to 5 other private, conference rooms, with our affiliation to the HUB and BOLD Building in downtown, Sarasota.
Being in a desirable setting, parking downtown comes at a premium. Yet our locale does offer some immediate parking around our office, with street parking availability a block away, as well as a free city parking lot just a few blocks away from our office.
